Strange how crocks can gain merit. I thought that the way SBCL runs nm on its runtime and grovels the output to get addresses of foreign symbols while still running on the host lisp was one. Maybe it is, and maybe it isn't; while that can be gotten rid of on linkage-table ports, there's still some merit in doing that — it allows us to build more of SBCL on the host, leaving less for "warm init". Ponder, ponder.

Saw how this page looks under IE today. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. Maybe I'll work up the energy to do something about it someday.
