Upstream
I've been kicking around a bunch of ideas under the mental label of "Upstream" for a while. Without getting into boring details and ideology, here are some toys resulting from this: clnet and sfnet
What do they do? They let you check out stuff from Common-lisp.net and Sourceforge developer and anonymous CVS without needing to look up the magic incantations. Usage is the same for both:
