Good Pain #
fencing, some administrivia, April 26th 2006
It has been ages since I've last been to class at SESH. Over a year for sure, and even longer since the last time I went regularly to class — probably closer to three years.
I was smart (lazy? weak?) enough to take things easy enough, and am still alive today. From past experience the real muscle pain will come at a slight delay, though, and I expect to be half crippled with sore thighs on thursday or friday.
What can I say? It was even better then I remembered. Fencing absolutely rocks my world, and I cannot understand why I haven't been to the salle for ages. Sheer stupidity, I suspect. As expected, I was rather confused most of the time: both my body and my mind seemed to remember surprisingly many things, but unfortunately there was little agreement between them.
Must... fence... more...
Anyways, as I suspect non-lisp, not-even-remotely-technical entries may be becoming more common here, I switched to RSS 0.92 (call me bleeding edge!), and added a category tag. I haven't really thought about categories much, but for now I promise that entries like this will have the word "fencing" in their category.
If this makes life really hard for someone I suppose I can do better, but I'd rather do a loose tagging-like thing then a hard and fast categorization.
