Since fencing dreams have invaded my nights once more it is obviously time to get cracking again. With that in mind I've done some basic training this week so as to not be totally devastated by my first class, and yesterday I dropped by at SESH salle on my way to home, and picked up my swords for cleaning. I think I still need to give them another round, but at least they're not a total disgrace anymore. (The longsword is an unsharpened Lutel with slightly customized hilt & cross-guard measurements, and the rapier is a very plain Del Tin cup hilt with a triangular "FISAS" blade.)
