Hosting SNAFU #

My hosting provider tenue.fi screwed up. Temporary server takedown led to restoring the state to what it had been on 2nd of March 2008. Ooops. Not just that, but it turns out that all their backups also held the state from that date. Nice going, guys.
I think most everything is now back in place — but if you see something missing, please let me know, and I'll see if I can do something about it.
